How do I load my flex cable?
Your tracker's battery lasts about 5 days. To load it, remove the tracker from the belt and place it in the magazine until all 5 lights are solid.
If you are having problems, your tracker's charging contacts may be clogged by dirt or microscopic debris that prevents them from making good connection to the charger. Use hand sanitizer and a tissue or moisten a cotton swab with alcohol and carefully wipe the charge contacts on your crawler. Do not immerse your crawler in water or use abrasive cleaners. Thoroughly dry your tracker before attempting to load. Be sure to fully seat your tracker in the charger, with the charge contacts fully inserted into the charging cable compartment.
How to reset my crawler?
If your crawler is not responding, it can be fixed by restarting
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port and insert the tracker into the charging cable.
2. Insert a paper clip into the small hole in the back of the charger.
3. Press the hole for 3-4 seconds.
Your Flex will now be restarted. Remove the crawler from the charger and insert it into the strap.
Can a bracelet irritate my skin?
The Flex bracelet is made of a durable and flexible elastomer material similar to that used in many sports watches. Contains no latex.
